Mother and Child easy returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please complete the exchange/return form so we can process your return efficiently. A return/exchange form will be included with your purchase.
Our aim is to make sure you are delighted with your purchase and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, online credit note or a refund for the cost of goods only.
Items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your purchase and must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with swing tags attached. A Mother and Child exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. Mother and Child Maternity does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to us via non registered post.
When sending your parcel or box back to us via registered post, we will endeavor to process all refunds and exchanges the day your return arrives back to us. Please note customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Mother and Child will cover the shipping cost for your first exchange, however please note customers will be responsible for the return shipping of the item/s back to Mother and Child.
There are no refunds for changing your mind. We do not refund sale items, if you would like to return a sale item we can issue a credit note or exchange.
If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Mother and Child Maternity will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
If You Change Your Mind
Mother and Child is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed. The item must be in its original condition.
No delivery fee is required for exchanging a size, however there will be no refund issued for cost of freight for returning the item.
Mother and Child will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the item, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
If We Send You The Incorrect Colour or Size
We will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item or size you received is not what you initially purchased.
We will also refund you for the cost of freight for returning the item but customers must add this cost on the return / exchange form. As you can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
