RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our aim is to make sure you are delighted with your purchase and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, online credit note or a refund for the cost of the goods only.
Returns - Items must be returned within 20 days of receiving your purchased and must be unworn and unwashed, with swing tags attached. Simply complete the form enclosed and send it back to the address provided. Please allow 7 business days from the day your parcel is delivered for your return to be processed and your account credited. Once your item has been processed you will be notified via the email address provided.
Exchanges - if exchanging via post, please return your unwanted item as above, detailing the style/size you wish to exchange on the form provided. We will notify you of your new tracking number via email once your exchanged items has been processed. Mother & Child will cover the cost re-delivery charges for your first exchange, however please note customers are responsible for the return shipping of the item/s.
- Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind and exchanges. Please ensure you return parcel is securely packaged and both the senders and Mother & Child return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we recommend sending your parcel back via registered post.
Faulty Item - if your item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Mother & Child will replace or refund free of additional postage costs.
Incorrect Colour/Size Sent - we will cover the postage cost if the colour or size you received is not what you initially ordered.
