Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
Spend $80 and over and we will ship your order for free to any address in Australia! A flat fee of $10 applies to all orders under $80.
When can I expect to receive my order? We send all parcels from Brisbane via EXPRESS POST. Austral Post express post service provides overnight delivery to 80% of Australian addresses. The Australia Post Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST are usually shipped the same business day. If your order is urgent, please call us on (07) 3161 9420 for further advice. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday excluding Queensland Public Holidays. We close 24/12-1/1 every year for a little break so any orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the first business day of the new year.
How can I track delivery of my order? Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number for your parcel which you can use to trace your delivery on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
When ordering outside Australia, it is our aim to have your order to you in approximately 5 -14 working days.
Shipping costs outside of Australia are as $30.00 flat fee for shipping and handling outside Australia,
On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.
The above postal charge does not include any possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order will be received. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
