Mother & Child provides a flat rate delivery fee of $7.50 on all orders sent to anywhere in Australia.
At Mother and Child Maternity it is our aim for you to receive your online order, within 2 - 5 working days within Australia, and all international orders within 5- 14 working days. Mother and Child Maternity will send you confirmation of your order once it has been placed, via email. If for any reason we are not able to provide you with your initial selection, due to sold out status or stock arrival delay into our warehouse, we will also notify you via email.
Deliveries made within Australia
At Mother and Child Maternity we deliver orders using Australia Post, Express Post mail service in most cases. All orders are traceable. Shipping costs within Australia are as follows and are gst inclusive.
- $7.50 for shipping and handling within Australia.
- $3.00 for gift voucher only purchases
Items on back order may take longer than 2-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
International Deliveries
When ordering outside Australia, it is our aim to have your order to you in approximately 5 -14 working days.
Shipping costs outside of Australia are as follows.
- $30.00 for shipping and handling outside Australia,
- $3.00 for gift voucher only purchases
On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.
The above postal charge does not include any possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order will be received. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details.
Late deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 3.00 pm EST will be processed the following day. All orders are processed within business trading hours, Monday to Friday
- 9.00 am - 5.00 pm EST.
